When you complete the intake form we collect the name and email address you provide, and the phone number and business name if you choose to share them. If you book a strategy meeting, our scheduling provider (Google Calendar) collects the details you enter to create the appointment. We may also collect basic technical data such as browser type and general location through standard web logs.

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct a consultation, provide services you request, and send occasional updates about our services. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not sell your information for money.

By submitting the form you agree that we may contact you by email, phone call or text message at the contact details you provided, including through automated means, about your inquiry and our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, by emailing us, or through our opt-out page.

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the site and our business, including email (Google Workspace), scheduling (Google Calendar) and website hosting. These providers process information only to provide services to us and are bound by their own privacy terms.

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law, then delete it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request that we delete or correct it, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We use standard analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, which set cookies or similar technologies to measure site performance and show you our ads on Google and Meta platforms. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of personalized ads through Google and Meta ad settings. We do not sell your personal information for money.

So you are not asked the same thing twice, we store a random, anonymous ID in your own browser along with basic notes such as whether you have already seen our intake form and which free offers you have been shown. This lives on your device only, is not linked to your name unless you choose to give it to us, and is not an IP-address profile — we do not keep a log of visitor IP addresses to identify or track you. Clearing your browser storage erases it entirely.

Use of this site is also governed by our Terms of Use, which include a requirement to contact us first and allow 30 days to resolve any issue before starting legal action.
